At Lethal Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance beauty products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring delicate palettes and pigments are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our lab team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
